Dink OWL is a pickleball event management platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage recreational pickleball events
• Invite players and manage registrations
• Organize player rosters and schedules
• Receive SMS notifications about events
• Track scores and game results

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Dink OWL, including:

• Event invitations and confirmations
• RSVP reminders and deadlines
• Schedule changes and updates
• Waitlist promotions and status changes

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by event participation. For help, reply HELP or contact support.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (event details, player information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by JKS International, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Dink OWL name and logo are trademarks of JKS International, LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

JKS International, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JKS International, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
